Don't flush your toilet paper!!!!!

Conservation is key in Costa Rica, and conserving toilet paper is a must. In this video, we discuss the toilet situation and how it is not always a good idea to flush your paper. 

Plumbing quality and sewage vary throughout the country. The majority of the country uses septic tanks. If you are in a more rural or remote area you are probably not able to flush toilet paper without some rather nasty consequences.
