- 2 Chayote
- 1 tbsp Cumin (or Chili Powder)
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Rosemary
- 1/2 Lime (Limon Mandarina)
Preparation
Peel the chayote. Slice the chayote in half down the crease and remove the seed with a spoon. Cut chayote again to make 1/4 or 1/8 sections, as desired.
Place the chayote in a large bowl. Cut the lime in half and squeeze one piece over the chayote pieces.
Sprinkle the seasonings over top of the chayote in the large bowl.
Gently toss the chayote in the seasoning bowl to cover it.
Place the chayote pieces in the instant pot.
Cook
Place the lid on the cooker and start it on the "Vegetable" or "Steam" setting, depending on your model.
When the timer goes off, release pressure, remove the lid and serve.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
