Ingredients
  

  • 2 Chayote
  • 1 tbsp Cumin (or Chili Powder)
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Rosemary
  • 1/2 Lime (Limon Mandarina)

Preparation

  • Peel the chayote. Slice the chayote in half down the crease and remove the seed with a spoon. Cut chayote again to make 1/4 or 1/8 sections, as desired.
  • Place the chayote in a large bowl. Cut the lime in half and squeeze one piece over the chayote pieces.
  • Sprinkle the seasonings over top of the chayote in the large bowl.
  • Gently toss the chayote in the seasoning bowl to cover it.
  • Place the chayote pieces in the instant pot.

Cook

  • Place the lid on the cooker and start it on the "Vegetable" or "Steam" setting, depending on your model.
  • When the timer goes off, release pressure, remove the lid and serve.
  • Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
