Costa Rica Ice Cocktail: What is a Naughty Granizado?

- 4 cup 1 cup Hielo (Ice)
- 1 cup Sirope Con Sabora (flavored syrup)
- 4 tbsp Pinito leche (Powder milk)
- 1/2 cup Guaro (We use Cacique) (Vodka also works)
- 4 tbsp Leche Condensada (Condensed milk)
- 1/2 cup Cacique (You can use vodka as a substitute)
Place 4 cups ice into the Nija/Blinder.
Add 1/2 cup Guaro
Mix for 30 seconds to a minute using the puls button periodically.
Add 1/4 cup Sirope Con Sabora (flavored syrup). This should make the consistency of a snow cone. If ice is not at the consistency you want to add the remaining Sirope Con Sabora (flavored syrup).
Fill your glass a quarter of the way full with the snowcone mixture.
Add a pinch of Pinito leche Entera en polvo (Powder milk) to the top of the drink.
Drizzle Leche Condensada (Condensed milk) over the snowcone mixture to the top of the drink.
Add any extra Sirope Con Sabora (flavored syrup).
