Costa Rica Ice Cocktail: What is a Naughty Granizado?
Ingredients
- 4 cup 1 cup Hielo (Ice)
- 1 cup Sirope Con Sabora (flavored syrup)
- 4 tbsp Pinito leche (Powder milk)
- 1/2 cup Guaro (We use Cacique) (Vodka also works)
- 4 tbsp Leche Condensada (Condensed milk)
- 1/2 cup Cacique (You can use vodka as a substitute)
Instructions
- Place 4 cups ice into the Nija/Blinder.
- Add 1/2 cup Guaro
- Mix for 30 seconds to a minute using the puls button periodically.
- Add 1/4 cup Sirope Con Sabora (flavored syrup). This should make the consistency of a snow cone. If ice is not at the consistency you want to add the remaining Sirope Con Sabora (flavored syrup).
- Fill your glass a quarter of the way full with the snowcone mixture.
- Add a pinch of Pinito leche Entera en polvo (Powder milk) to the top of the drink.
- Drizzle Leche Condensada (Condensed milk) over the snowcone mixture to the top of the drink.
- Add any extra Sirope Con Sabora (flavored syrup).
