Coat the bottom of a pan with coconut oil and heat on medium-high heat (approximately setting 6.5).
Once the pan is hot, crack the eggs into the pan and add pepper.
Tip: If you like over easy eggs, chill the eggs in the refrigerator. This helps the yokes hold their form and not burst when cracking in the pan.
Fry the eggs for 1-2 minutes, or until the edges pull away from the pan. Flip and fry for an additional 1-2 minutes.
