  • 2 cup Rice
  • 4 cup Water

Prep

  • Measure 2 cups of rice. Rinse the rice to remove the debris and then add to the pressure cooker.
  • Add 4 cups of water to the pressure cooker.

Cook

  • Secure the lid to the pressure cooker and start on the "Rice" setting. *Note: If you prefer firm rice shorten the cook time by approximately four minutes.
  • When the timer goes off release the pressure.
  • Once the pressure is released remove lid and serve.
