Pan Fried Pineapple Pork Steak - Cut The Crap Kitchen - Costa Rica

Pan Fried Pineapple Pork Steak

you’re looking for a delicious and low-cost alternative to chicken, this Pan-Fried Pineapple Pork Steak hits the spot. It is a savory, "cut the crap" main course that proves you don't have to spend a fortune to eat well.
The juicy sweetness and bright color of the pineapple perfectly complement the pan-fried pork. To get the best results, we recommend marinating the meat overnight; this allows the spices to penetrate deep into the center of the steak, ensuring every bite is packed with flavor.
Around $4 per person, this dish is a fantastic way to keep your family fed and your budget on track while enjoying the tropical flavors of Costa Rica.
